## Notice

The Council is seeking a fee bid/proposal for a CIPFA and Red Book compliant asset valuation report of the Recycling and Energy Recovery Faciality for the land and building and plant and equipment. The fee bid/proposal is to be on the basis of carrying out the annual asset valuation of the Recycling and Energy Recovery Faciality for the next five years. As part of this an annual full inspection of the property is required as part of the valuation. The contractor will also be expected to respond to questions relating to the valuation work carried out, directly from the Councils Finance Department and appointed external auditor.
