## Summary

The procurement process, led by Worthing Borough Council, involves establishing a concession agreement for site management across several allotment sites in Worthing, United Kingdom. This procurement is at the planning stage, with prospective service providers required to express interest by 15th May 2026. Worthing Borough Council, a sub-central government authority, will retain ownership of the sites while the selected provider will manage daily operations, including rent collection, maintenance, and administrative tasks. The contract is planned to start on 1st June 2026 and will span a 10-year period until June 2036, focusing on land management services. The procurement category is services, and it includes responsibilities like maintaining site facilities and handling tenant management tasks.

This tender presents opportunities for businesses specialising in land and property management, particularly those experienced in managing community spaces or allotments. Companies adept in administrative management, property maintenance, or those providing comprehensive estate management services would stand to benefit significantly. The long-term nature of the concession agreement provides stability, allowing service providers to embed themselves within the community and potentially expand their local influence. Furthermore, the revenue-sharing model proposed offers potential financial growth opportunities for innovative businesses that can enhance site management efficiency and tenant satisfaction. Expressing interest involves submitting company details and credentials to Worthing Borough Council's Procurement Team, providing an opportunity to establish meaningful collaboration within the local government infrastructure.
