The tender will seek to put in place a Framework Agreement where participating CLAIRE (Wales) members will be able to create and award individual Call-Off Contracts with successful tenderer(s) for the Services described in the Specification. The material types and collection methods have been divided into 5 Lots and further details concerning Lotting can be found in the tender documents.There will be one tenderer awarded per Lot.The successful tenderer in each Lot will cater for all CLAIRE (Wales) members requirements.To draw the tenderers attention at the earliest opportunity, the incumbent contractor has indicated TUPE will apply.
