The council are inviting exceptional contractors to tender for the opportunity for the redevelopment which is inclusive of building strip-out, CAT A fit-out, MEP replacement and a host of Wellbeing and sustainability improvements. Scope of Works: The project will cover building strip-out, CAT A fit-out, MEP replacement and a host of Wellbeing and sustainability improvements. Procurement Approach: The project will be procured under a two-stage process, the first being a competitive process to select a contractor to enter a PCSA and input into the RIBA Stage 4 design. Completing with a second stage procurement in parallel with the stage 4 design info prior to executing the Building Contract.
