## Summary

Nuclear Restoration Services Limited, a public authority under sub-central government, is planning a procurement process for a Technical and Professional Support Services Framework intended to aid in decommissioning activities. The process is currently at the planning stage, with anticipated commencement in June 2027 and a maximum duration of four years. The framework seeks to establish up to seven agreements, with a potential cumulative contract value of £45 million. Located in Warrington, the current stage does not guarantee specific call-off contracts, but it foresees a future notice by 1 December 2026. The main procurement category is services, specifically in decommissioning, environmental engineering consultancy, engineering design, and technical support services.

This upcoming tender offers substantial opportunities for businesses specialising in technical support, engineering design, and environmental consultancy, particularly those with expertise in decommissioning services. Companies capable of providing innovative and effective support solutions to assist with nuclear decommissioning projects will find this framework conducive to business growth. The framework's potential call-off contracts can provide stability for companies over several years, promoting long-term partnerships with the public sector. Businesses looking to expand their involvement in public infrastructure projects, particularly in the nuclear sector, will find this an attractive opportunity to leverage their technical and professional capabilities.
