## Summary

The public procurement contracting process for the "Network Solution Framework" is being organised by JISC, a public authority sub-central government body located in Bristol, United Kingdom. This process is in the planning stage, with the latest update provided on 6th May 2026. The procurement entails the supply and support of an array of wired and Wi-Fi network equipment, including high-capacity devices and service solutions relevant for the networks industry. As a framework agreement, the contract period is projected to start on 1st June 2028 and end on 31st May 2030, with the opportunity for extension based on JISC's discretion. Suppliers interested in future tenders should register on JISC's e-procurement portal for updates, although key dates and details remain provisional.

This tender represents substantial opportunities for businesses involved in the manufacture, supply, or installation of network equipment and ancillary services. Companies specialising in converged network solutions, cabling, installation, and professional services such as project management could benefit significantly from engagement. Given the framework's broad scope and technical nature, businesses with a strong track record in providing high-end networking equipment and adaptive services will be well-suited to compete. Participation may allow businesses to expand their market presence and showcase their innovation within the public sector, contingent on JISC's final decisions and funding availability.
