This Framework is intended for use for Rochford District & Brentwood Borough Councils only, and Norse Commercial Services as the Contracting Authority, may make any award to appoint suppliers to this Framework through this competition. Rochford District & Brentwood Borough Councils are authorised to award call-off contracts under this Framework during its term. Norse Group are seeking bids from suitably qualified suppliers for the establishment of a closed framework of up to 5 suppliers for the supply and installation of play equipment and surfaces. The equipment is planned to be installed over a number of play parks over the next four years within the Rochford District and Brentwood Borough Councils. The smallest size of play park area is around 1,000m2 and the largest would be around 3,000m2.
