This is an intention to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C. Approx lifetime value of the contract is PS30,219.06 (for 6 months and option to extend for a further 6 months) Provision of an emotional, mental health and wellbeing digital service as part of the 'getting help' provision of the I Thrive model based on the needs of children and young people across the four Black Country Localities.
