## Summary

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey has completed a procurement process titled "Domestic Abuse and Stalking Perpetrator Programme", which aims to engage a delivery partner to implement effective intervention programmes for perpetrators of domestic abuse and stalking in Surrey. This contract, with a potential funding period of up to two years subject to Home Office approval, is coordinated through the Surrey Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Hub to enhance safety for survivors and manage risks. The procurement employed a direct award method, primarily due to the urgency related to the closing of the commissioning office in 2028. The contract, valued at £1,250,000 (net), will commence on 1st June 2026 and conclude on 31st March 2028, with services categorised under 'Public security, law and order services'. INTERVENTIONS ALLIANCE LTD, situated in Gravesend, has been selected as the supplier for this project.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in legal and social services that focus on domestic abuse intervention and support. Organisations experienced in managing social risk and community safety, particularly those with capabilities in handling complex social issues and working with government partners, would find this contract advantageous for business growth. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) interested in expanding their footprint within public security services would be well-suited for this kind of contract, especially given the emphasis on collaborative and specialised approaches within this sector. The focus on a holistic, coordinated service model can foster innovation and partnerships within the industry, providing a platform for the supplier to leverage expertise and achieve impactful social outcomes.
