## Notice

The evaluation will provide an independent, robust evaluation of the Yorkshire and Humber Access and Prevention Programme (YHAPP) that: * Measures the impact on dental and general health outcomes; * Assesses improvements in access to dental services for underserved populations; * Evaluates the implementation, acceptability, and operational success of both programme components; * Delivers actionable recommendations for future programme refinement and potential wider rollout; and * Includes a health economic analysis to assess cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
