The scope includes, but is not limited to: - External illuminated and non-illuminated signage - Totems and arrival signage - Internal directional and identification signage - Building and lift directories - Door signage - Braille and tactile signage - Direct-applied graphics and manifestations - Associated artwork, shop drawings, structural coordination and installation services The appointed contractor will be expected to deliver a high-quality, design-led and durable signage solution aligned with the architectural vision for the development, with a strong emphasis on accessibility, inclusive design and coordination with the wider construction and fit-out programme. Manufacture activities are anticipated to commence following contract award, with on-site installation activities expected to commence from approximately February 2027. This procurement is being conducted as a two-stage Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023.
