TfL spends nearly PS357m on operating costs for utilities annually, managing billing across over 2,000 operational sites and 2,500 metering points. Over half of TfL's total carbon emissions are indirect, arising from its supply chain, capital projects, operational material consumption, and supplier energy use. TfL currently delivers carbon accounting and utilities management through separate systems and processes.
