## Summary

The NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (NHS LSC ICB) is in the planning stages of a tender for the provision of an Adult Teledermatology Service, aimed to be rolled out across Lancashire and South Cumbria. This service will include a central SkinHub, community-based image capture sites, and a Clinical Central Virtual Triage (CVT). The procurement falls under the health services industry category and covers multiple regions including Blackburn with Darwen, Blackpool, and Lancashire North. The deadline for market engagement feedback is set for 29th May 2026, and the procurement is planned to commence with a legal framework under the EU directive 32014L0024.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in health services, specifically those with capabilities in teledermatology and patient administration systems. Businesses offering innovative solutions for capturing and triaging dermatological patient data will find a particularly good match. Moreover, the substantial contract value of £13.1 million over three years, with an optional two-year extension, provides a lucrative opportunity for growth and stability within the healthcare sector. Engaging early through the market engagement questionnaire could position a business advantageously for future procurement steps.
