## Summary

The Centre for Process Innovation Limited (CPI) has issued an active tender titled "D365 Managed Services Tender" aimed at enhancing and standardising various organisational processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This procurement process is in the tender stage and employs an open procedure method. The tender focuses on the provision of computer support services and covers the location set in Redcar, United Kingdom. Interested parties must submit their bids electronically by 18th June 2026. The overall contract period is initially set for 24 months starting from 10th July 2026, with potential extensions for an additional two years depending on performance. The total estimated value of the contract, inclusive of extensions, could reach up to £740,000, aligning with the legal requirements stipulated under the UKPGA 2023/54.

This procurement opportunity presents potential for substantial business growth, particularly for companies specialising in IT support services, systems integration, and digital transformation solutions. Businesses experienced in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and offering robust service models, incident management, and performance optimisation will be well-positioned to compete. The possibility of renewals and the considerable contract value indicate a stable, long-term opportunity for the successful provider. Additionally, the requirement for potential security vetting of Contractor staff accessing CPI systems suggests that companies with the necessary security expertise and credentials will be advantageous contenders.

## Notice

CPI are undergoing a digital transformation. Several of our processes, including Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, CRM, and HR are being enhanced and standardised in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This tender is to cover the provision of ongoing application support for these processes. The Contractor will be expected to work remotely and provide support during office hours. Any exceptions to this, where work will be required to take place outside of core hours (e.g. system upgrades) will be discussed and agreed upfront. The Contract will be for an initial 24 months, with the possibility of 2 x 12-month, extension periods which will be subject to satisfactory performance. Due to the types of partners and customers we work with there may be a possibility that Contractor staff accessing CPI systems and data will need to be vetted to a specific security level. The estimated budget for this contract is PS185,000 for the first year, however the maximum value of this Contract will be PS740,000 over the initial 24 months and possible extensions. The Contractor should note that these values are no guaranteed and are estimates.
