The proposed Framework will support the rapid turnaround of Council-owned Temporary Accommodation properties to minimise void loss and reduce reliance on higher-cost nightly paid accommodation. To support a diverse and flexible range of provisions, the framework will be separated out into seven LOTs that providers may bid for.
