This notice invites suppliers to provide insights that will help shape the final specification and procurement strategy. To support engagement, Slido is now open for the submission of questions in advance of the supplier session. The platform will remain open until 15th May 2026 and all questions will help inform the session as well as the development of the procurement approach. The Authority currently operates two different levels of annual preventative health assessments, reflecting the differing requirements of specific roles within the organisation. The medicals are an employee benefit provided to members of staff and considered a key component of the Authority's approach to supporting employee health, safety and wellbeing. The existing contract is due for re-procurement, and the Authority wishes to engage the market early to understand current capabilities, new ideas, and potential models of delivery. The existing arrangements are due to be re-procured, and the Authority therefore wishes to appoint a supplier/s through a competitive procurement process to deliver a comparable or enhanced service, while continuing to offer two distinct levels of cover. The procurement aims to ensure continuity of provision, quality of service, and value for money over the life of the contract.
