### Planning Information

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (the Council) intends to procure a Provider to design, supply, install, test, certify, and hand over new sports facilities at King Edward VII Memorial Park. 
The project will include a 3G artificial turf pitch (46m x 73m), two padel tennis courts, a single lane enclosed cricket practice net, and a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA). 
The main objective of this procurement is to deliver high-quality sports facilities and increase sports provision and meet growing demand of such facilities.
To provide potential suppliers with more information about the upcoming opportunity, we are hosting an online Market Engagement session that will take place on 30/06/2026. The session is advertised openly using this notice. 
Suppliers wishing to attend the Preliminary market engagement session should be capable of meeting the procurement description/requirements outlined in section 1.2 within the PME brief. 
Providers wishing to attend should register their interest free of charge via the Proactis Procurement Portal www.londontenders.org (using project reference: CO6214) and submit via the message function attendee/s contact details with: name, position, email address by 19/06/2026, please also indicate if you are interested in the site visit, this will be held prior to the online PME event. 
We will then issue invitations to the online event to those who have provided this information.
