## Notice

ICT will include the following consultants and services as a minimum: * Lead Consultant (Civil Engineer or NEC 4 Project Manager) * NEC 4 Project Manager * Landscape Architect * Civil Engineer * Principal Designer * Site Supervisor * Cost Consultant/Quantity Surveyor * Any other consultant the Lead Consultant deems necessary to complete the scope of services required for the successful completion of this commission. The commission will comprise all services necessary to deliver Phase 1 of the project from the current RIBA stage 4. Your submission must be submitted via EtendersNI, via this CFT.
