The contract will commence on 1st September 2026 and, subject to earlier termination in accordance with its terms, will continue until midnight on 31st August 2028. At the Authority's entire discretion, the term may be extended by up to 12 months - 1st September 2028 up to 31st August 2029 and 1st September 2029 up to 31st August 2030, on the same terms for such period(s) in accordance with the contract. The total estimated Contract value (excluding VAT) circa PS412,000 over the total four (4) years. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Options: It is anticipated that at the end of each academic year delivery period a review of the number of sessions and students to be engaged will be undertaken, there may be a request to increase the numbers delivered or to make changes to the year group or young persons needs to be addressed.
