## Summary

Cadent Gas Limited, a private utility company based in Coventry, United Kingdom, is in the planning stage of a tendering process named "Charity Partner." This procurement initiative seeks services in public relations management within the scope of donor-advised funds (DAFs), primarily targeting broad charitable support and DAF management. A Request for Information (RfI) has been issued to gather information on potential service providers' capabilities. The planned procurement process spans several regions across the UK, with key due dates including a milestone for engagement responses by 5th June 2026. The contract period is scheduled to commence on 20th November 2026 and extend until 19th November 2029.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses in the charity management and public relations sector, particularly those experienced in managing donor-advised funds and providing guidance on charity law. Companies with robust governance structures and strong track records in compliance and fund administration are well-positioned to bid for this tender, allowing them to expand their influence and operational outreach across the UK. Engaging in this procurement process could open avenues for extending service offerings and fostering partnerships with a leading utility firm like Cadent Gas Limited.
