This training will enable our learners to engage in activities during placements, within health and social care settings. ### Planning Information The Pre-Market Engagement is an Expression of Interest (EOI) process. This is for a supplier to provide Basic Life Support & Manual Handling training, to the University of Derby Student population, as part of preparing these students for placement. This training will enable our learners to engage in activities during placements, within health and social care settings. This EOI process will be used to determine the suppliers to invite, to a competitive closed tender process. The below questions are optional (except for the EOI), and will help inform thinking around this project, ahead of the tender release. This EOI process closes at 12:00 (noon) on Friday 12th June 2026. This is not a formal tender but does represent an Expression of Interest, this is not a scored tender process. Completing this form does not commit the University of Derby or the respondent to proceed. Suppliers who submit this form will be invited to the formal tender stage should we proceed. The University reserves the right to not undertake a procurement process for these services. The University also reserves the right to invite additional suppliers, or issue this as an Open Tender, in the event that insufficient suppliers apply, to demonstrate genuine competition.
