Suitable candidates are expected to demonstrate both technical prowess and strategic insight into fire safety challenges within constrained environments. The procurement process involves a dual submission comprising a prequalification questionnaire and a detailed tender response focused on qualitative and commercial criteria. With a comprehensive scope including project design through to operational stages, this contract provides a lengthy engagement opportunity from August 2026 to March 2032, allowing the successful firm to build lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, such as the London Fire Brigade and other consultancy disciplines involved in the project.
