East Suffolk Council joined the Platform during the pilot stage, prior to the withdrawal of Department for Transport support and funding following the 2024 UK General Election. The rights for the Platform have since been acquired by a not-for-profit consortium, National Parking Platform Ltd, who now hold the exclusive rights to operate and develop the Platform. East Suffolk Council are members of the consortium. East Suffolk Council's Cabinet to utilise a multivendor solution for cashless parking in January 2026, with the solution offered by National Parking Platform Ltd being the only solution available at the time of procurement",
