The current contractual arrangements are due to end at the end of March 2027. From April 2027 the council will require insurance cover to include: Property and Business Interruption (including commercial properties, housing and leasehold housing) Contract Works Public and Employers Liability Officials Indemnity Professional Indemnity Motor Crime Personal Accident and Travel Computers ### Planning Information The council will be conducting in person premarket engagement sessions at our One Angel Square offices in Northampton in June and early July 2026. In attendance will be members of the insurance services, finance, property, housing and procurement teams and representatives from Arthur J Gallagher. To ensure fair access for all providers, we kindly ask that no more than two representatives attend from each organisation.
