PURCH2966 Provision of a Framework for Piloting a Co-Founder Venture Development Program for Critical Technologies Innovations This procurement process is being conducted using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 30 of the PC(S)R 2015. Although this procurement is being conducted under the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN), it is structured differently from a typical CPN process. This approach has been adopted to enhance the efficiency of evaluating supplier responses across both stages (SPD and ITT). The UofG wishes to run an 18-month pilot to deliver a structured co-founder venture development programme in the field of complex hardware systems. This programme aims to deliver new venture creation via partnership with a co-founder organisation that can bring skills in market opportunity identification/validation, engineering resource and entrepreneurial leadership to secure seed investment for up to [3] ventures.
