Uniquely positioned on the M4/M5 corridor, the Trust has a state-of-the-art Pharmacy build intended to provide a comprehensive range of services including: 1. Cytotoxics (191 sq ft): mainly production of systemic anticancer therapy (SACT) and clinical trials for Onc/Haem 2. Monoclonal antibodies (180 sq ft): products for Biologics unit and chemo unit 3. Radiopharmacy unit (279sq ft): supply for Nuclear medicine diagnostics & treatment 4. Vacant clean room space originally intended for Gene Therapy (108 sq ft) As part of this appraisal, the Trust is evaluating a range of potential delivery and funding models, including the possibility of a Joint Venture or other form of partnership with a private sector organisation. The purpose of this soft market testing exercise is to gain insight into: * The level of interest from suppliers and investors in collaborating with the Trust * The range of commercial, technical and operational models available within the market * Key risks, dependencies and potential mitigation approaches * Options that best ensure service continuity * Indicative timelines and delivery pathways This exercise is being undertaken for information gathering purposes only and does not constitute a call for competition or form part of any formal procurement process. The responses received will be used to inform the Trust's approach and any potential future procurement activity.
