This service is currently managed by a single Electrical provider for both the North & Tameside regions. It is our intention to outsource the whole of the Periodic Electrical Testing for this contract as it currently is. The successful contractor must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage such a large programme of works and provide references for other social landlords where works of this type are completed. The successful Contractor will be expected to mobilise to our timescale and be operational by 1st October 2026, please refer to Section 1.10 the Tender Process Summary below for more details.
