## Summary

The North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, based in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, has initiated a tender process titled "Recruitment, Advertisement/ Promotion and Engagement" focusing on marketing services within the public authority's central government regulatory framework. This active procurement is seeking a strategic partner to develop and deliver a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy. It aims to address both immediate and long-term staffing needs by improving the service's recruitment campaigns. The contract period is from July 2026 to March 2027, with a potential extension, and submissions are due by 10th June 2026. Potential bidders must submit their responses electronically via the Health Family Atamis e-Tendering Portal.

This opportunity opens avenues for growth for businesses specialising in marketing, advertising campaign services, and those with skills in recruitment marketing. Companies adept at creating compelling brand narratives and strategic communication assets, particularly those with experience in healthcare recruitment or similar sectors, will be ideally suited to compete. Furthermore, the tender encourages participation from small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and offers a promising project for businesses looking to expand their client base and reputation via a public sector collaboration, especially in the Tyne and Wear region. The evaluation criteria give significant weight to quality, finance, and social value, making it crucial for prospective providers to demonstrate excellence in these areas.
