Lot 1

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. NHS Devon sought to procure assessment support services across CHC and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards service areas . It is intending to award a contract of 12 months with a 6 month extension option, commencing 01/07/2026 to Carehome Selection Ltd. (Trading as Xyla) - following Direct Award Process C of the Provider Selection Regime. Anticipated maximum lifetime value including extension: PS1.63m

Options: Option to extend the contract by up to 6 months.
