### Procurement Information

This interim arrangement must be executed immediately to ensure there is no interruption to statutory lift servicing, maintenance, and responsive repair provision following the early termination of the incumbent contract. Due to the time required to undertake a compliant procurement exercise, it is not possible to complete a full competitive process within the available timeframe.
