For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 and the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This is a Notice of Intention to make an award and is being published in line with Regulation 12 - under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime - PSR) Regulations 2023. The Most Suitable Provider Process was used to commission this service and award contract. The contract is for an initial 3-year period with the option to extend for a further 2 years. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1st September 2026. The approximate total contract value for the initial 3-year contract is PS13,399,992 excluding VAT.
