## Summary

The procurement process summarised here revolves around the confirmation of contract award under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, specifically for "NNUH Visiting Consultants - Lighthouse 2024-2026". The buying organisation is Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, based in Norwich, United Kingdom, and the industry category is health services. This service provision involves the collaboration between Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH) and NSFT staff, focusing on managing physical health risks associated with refeeding and eating disorders. The procurement method has been limited, awarded without the prior publication of a call for competition, with a contract start date on 01st August 2024 and completing on 30th September 2026. Key stakeholders include Sarah Wilson, the Assistant Contract Manager, and Sarah Maxwell, the Medical Director, with the contract having been signed on 27th May 2026.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for businesses involved in the provision of health services, particularly those specialising in managing eating disorders. Enterprises with expertise in healthcare consultancy, training, and support services would be well-suited to engage with these types of contracts. As this procurement was awarded using a limited method due to an existing collaborative relationship between the NNUH and NSFT, it underscores the potential for businesses that can establish or already have established partnerships within the NHS integrated care system. The contract's limited competition may highlight the necessity for unique expertise or existing credible relationships within the NHS framework to successfully secure similar future opportunities.
