## Summary

Sutton Housing Partnership Limited, acting for itself and as an agent for the London Borough of Sutton and Sutton Living Ltd, is seeking suppliers for a Support Trades Supply Chain Framework. This procurement falls under the public authority central government category and is located in Sutton, United Kingdom (UKI63 region). The tender process commenced on 2 June 2026, with an enquiry period ending on 22 June 2026, followed by a tender submission deadline of 29 June 2026. The framework, structured under the Procurement Act 2023, involves an open procedure with contracts potentially extending over an eight-year period. The framework has four lots covering different trades: carpentry, groundworks, working at heights, and asbestos works, with precise allocations detailed in the procurement documentation.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses involved in joinery, maintenance, roofing, and asbestos services, among others. It is particularly suited for SMEs capable of providing high-quality services and contributing social value. The open framework allows flexibility with direct awards or further competition for call-offs, ensuring frequent opportunities for suppliers to engage. Businesses with strong legal, economic, and technical capacities are encouraged to participate, especially those positioned to fulfil the requirements of the framework agreements and pursue membership in the framework. Winning suppliers can expect stable contract periods starting in October 2026, with potential extensions, fostering long-term growth and partnerships within the public sector.
