## Notice

Benson Parish Council are intending to redevelop the site of the Pavilion, on Sunnyside, adjacent to the Parish Hall. Following internal discussions, a basic brief has been established, so now Council needs to select an architectural practice for this project. The new building will be a youth hub, that will require the usual toilet facilities, a kitchen with internal and external serveries, some storage, an external disabled toilet and to be as open and airy as possible. We are looking for a estimate of architectural services to manage the project from the design stage to the finished product. The cost of the whole project including building and all associated fees is PS1,000,000. Companies within 55 miles please.
