The Procurement Process is being run following the call off procedure in accordance with RM6309 - Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4) - Lot 2, Strategy and Policy. POL is running this Procurement Process to appoint a strategic delivery partner to provide expert support for the establishment and delivery of a single, enterprise Process Excellence capability to ensure end to end processes are designed, simplified and standardised across the entire organisation in a consistent, structured and supportable manner. The scope of the work will fall into seven areas including but not limited to; Enterprise Process Landscape Mapping & Standardisation Process Operating Model Hierarchical Enterprise Process Architecture Process Excellence Capability & Capacity Cross-Functional End-to-End Processes Future-State Process Mapping and Re-Engineering Across POL Strategic Transformation Programmes Target Operating Model Iteration and Delivery Support

Options: A single period of extension of 1 x 12 months
