The contract will cover the provision of window cleaning services to: * Residential communal properties * Office buildings * Other premises accessed by staff, customers, or members of the public The services shall include, but are not limited to: * Cleaning of all accessible windows and associated glass surfaces * Provision of all necessary labour, equipment, and cleaning materials * Use of appropriate cleaning methods, including water-fed pole systems where applicable Prior to contract commencement, Karbon Homes will issue a detailed property schedule outlining: * Locations * Service frequencies * Property-specific requirements (where applicable) The contractor will be expected to plan and deliver services in accordance with this schedule while maintaining flexibility to respond to changing operational needs.
