The project is to undertake the alteration of the shower areas, fabric improvements including new flooring, decorations, panelling, cubicles and sanitaryware at Unique Fitness at the University. The work will involve the stripping of the existing finishes, wall alterations, replacement and altered mechanical fittings replacement and altered electrical fittings, the provision of new finishes and fixtures.",
