"The services to be provided under this contract are for short term, discharge to assess, care home placements for patients being disharged from hospital via pathway 2. The contract is intended to be awarded to an existing provider following direct award process C. The contract is intended to cover services provided from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027, and the approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS3,060,000.00 dependent on the variable factors, such as spot purchase placements."
