Lot 1

The Integrated 0-19 Healthy Child Programme (HCP) is a prevention and early intervention public health programme providing a universal service for children, young people, and families. The programme aims to support parents, promote child development, improve family and child health outcomes, and ensure that families, children, and young people at risk are identified at the earliest opportunity. It will deliver the following services: * Health Visiting (age 0-5) * School Nurses (age 5-18 or up to 25 for young people with SEND) * Infant Feeding support * Breast Feeding Peer Support * Child Vision screening This Contract will be awarded to the successful provider under the competitive process of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). The value of the contract will be PS32,110,708 for 60 months. The length of the contract will be 36 months from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2030. The contract will also include 2 x 12 months options to extend subject to ongoing confirmation of funding and contract performance.
