The Council will have the option to extend the contract by a period of up to 36 months. The maximum contract value is estimated at PS6,028,738.92 (ex VAT). The Council is intending to award this contract under the Direct Award Procedure C of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
