### Procurement Information

The Trustee appointed the supplier as the Investment Advisors. All investment advice is recharged to the Pension Scheme. Pension scheme trustees are required by legislation to appoint a professionally qualified/ regulated investment adviser. The rules of ESPS allow for investment related costs to be charged to the fund. (These are the only fees which may be charged to the fund and not met directly by the employer). The employer does not directly pay these fees - they are re-charged to the pension scheme and met from the fund. NRS raises a Purchase Order as a mechanism to manage the charges.
