## Summary

Arc Property Services Partnership Limited, based in Nottingham, UK, is leading a tender process for a Mechanical Engineering Framework, primarily serving Nottinghamshire County Council. The opportunity, under the title "AP25177 - Mechanical Engineering Framework," falls within the construction and engineering industry category, widely covering the geographic areas of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, and Leicestershire. The procurement is in the tender stage, following a competitive flexible procedure as per the Procurement Act 2023. Interested bidders must express their interest by 7th July 2026, with the framework commencing on 1st November 2026. The framework, projected to be worth up to £13.2 million (inclusive of VAT), is planned to last two years initially, with potential extensions, reaching up to five years in total.

This tender represents significant opportunities for businesses in the mechanical engineering sector, particularly those with expertise in plumbing, heating systems, gas installations, building management systems, and associated technical services. Companies demonstrating robust financial performance, with a minimum annual turnover of £500,000, and holding necessary technical qualifications, such as Gas Safe registration, will be well-positioned to compete. The framework allows the selected contractor to support the maintenance and construction operations across a dispersed estate, potentially growing business footprints in the region. Moreover, successful bidders will play a role in social value creation, contributing to sustainability initiatives like carbon reduction, which could enhance corporate reputation and lead to further business development opportunities.
