It is a condition of the Invitation to Tender for you to attend a mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held @ 10 am on Thursday 25 June 2026. See 2.2.6 for further details. It should be noted that by submitting a tender, you confirm that you understand and can meet these requirements. The Contract is anticipated to commence September 2026 and will continue for a period of 9 months (unless terminated early in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract. After registering suppliers are asked to express their interest in this opportunity, after which suppliers will be able to access and download all the required documents attached to this notice.
