## Summary

The Arc Property Services Partnership Limited is initiating a procurement process to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for electrical engineering works across the operational estate managed on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council. This planned procurement is in the "planning" stage as of 15 June 2026. The framework, titled "AP25183 - Electrical Engineering Framework," falls under the industry category of construction and engineering with a focus on electrical installation work. It covers several locations, primarily in Nottinghamshire, but also across Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, and Leicestershire. The framework's initial term is set for two years starting on 14 December 2026, with possible extensions to a maximum of five years, ending on 13 December 2031. Interested parties must submit expressions of interest by 17 July 2026, and enquiries can be made until 19 June 2026.

This tender presents numerous opportunities for business growth, particularly for businesses in the electrical engineering domain. Companies with expertise in electrical distribution, lighting systems, renewable systems, high voltage equipment, life safety systems, and related areas would be well-suited to compete. The procurement process adopts a competitive flexible procedure, involving two stages: selection criteria and award criteria. Successful businesses will have access to a potential total framework value of £13,200,000, though no guaranteed volume of work is assured. The framework demands collaboration with Arc Partnership, contributions to social value outcomes, and adherence to high standards of health and safety, presenting an opportunity for businesses to expand their portfolio and contribute to regional development and environmental goals.

The Framework will cover a geographically dispersed estate, with works located across Nottinghamshire (main area), Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire. The anticipated initial term of the Framework is two (2) years, with options to extend for a further two (2) years plus one (1) year (2+2+1), giving a maximum potential duration of five (5) years. The 5 year framework length is to be utilised to coincide with the current end of Arc Partnership's arrangement with NCC. The total value of the Framework (available to all suppliers) over its full term is PS13,200,000 (inclusive of VAT), however there is no guarantee as to the value or volume of work provided.
