## Summary

The Corporation of Trinity House is initiating a procurement process titled "Bi-GLA Marine Lantern Framework Agreement" with the purpose of establishing a framework for the supply of marine lanterns. This procurement falls under the goods category within the public authority central government industry, and is particularly aimed at serving various Aids to Navigation (AtoNs) needs. Located in London, UK, the corporation has set forth this plan in the planning stage, with an engagement period for potential suppliers running from 15th June 2026 to 25th June 2026. Interested parties must submit their feedback by 30th June 2026. This open framework contract is planned to commence on 2nd November 2026 and may extend up to 2034, with a future notice expected by 31st October 2026.

This tender presents substantial growth opportunities for businesses experienced in the production and supply of marine lanterns compliant with IALA standards. Companies equipped to deliver products meeting the chromaticity and specification requirements outlined will find this framework agreement advantageous, as it extends collaborative prospects with both Trinity House and the Northern Lighthouse Board. The estimated contract value of £2,128,000 offers significant potential for suppliers specialising in navigation aids and related technologies, encouraging participation from businesses ready to leverage long-term framework agreements for enhanced market positioning and collaboration within the UK nautical sector.
