The contract offers a fully managed service with Service Support being provided by HCL, infrastructure and network support provided by their 3rd Party supplier Redcentric and Application support by SAP. Staff and managers who work in HR, Payroll and Travel use HRPTS in SAP(Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing). Ensuring that the HRPTS service is and continues to be available for use by HSCNI staff. The system secures all HSCNI data from within the managed service so that all HSCNI organisations can meet their operational and legislative needs.",
