The Authority will conduct this procurement in accordance with the principles of the Procurement Act 2023, ensuring that the process is transparent, proportionate, and facilitates fair and open competition. As part of the tender process: The tender period will be open for a minimum of 20 calendar days; and Feedback will be provided to all participating bidders following contract award.",
