NWLP's current laboratory hub space is poorly configured and not able to accommodate expected volume growth. NWLP is therefore seeking to engage with suppliers to inform a new kind of contracting model that could deliver an integrated, combined service. NWLP is considering an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) arrangement. Due to the fact that NWLP does not have access to a significant capital budget, a primary objective is to develop an off-balance-sheet solution for both premises and laboratory equipment. NWLP is also keen to develop a partnership which can support future growth, innovation, research and efficiency.
