Public Health Wales are looking to appoint a bidder to effectively conduct a comprehensive review of the three existing websites and provide a clear, evidence-based recommendation on the most appropriate future approach. The three sites will need to remain as standalone sites and remain operational throughout the review and development process. The purpose of a comprehensive review of the three existing websites will be to provide a clear recommendation on the most appropriate approach. This will include whether to: * optimise and enhance the existing platforms * redesign the current websites * or fully redevelop the one or more sites
