Options: The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further period of up to 24 months.

Renewal: The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years, with the option for the Contracting Authority to extend for a further period of up to 24 months. Any extension will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority and may be exercised to ensure continuity of service, subject to ongoing requirement and satisfactory performance
